I traced another database that I just traced on this same db server. and it didnt do the same long drawn out dbcc page stuff the other db does. And DBCC CheckDB shows no issues with that other db. So I'm not sure why it does that on that db and not others.  / comments

More info.  I did a snapshot again, and unselected the options on the bottom, to not do encrypted objects, and the other. Never turned these off before. And it breezed thru. So, maybe db not pouched.  / comments
