I had this problem, adding the remote computer to trusted hosts resolved this for me. set-item wsman:\localhost\Client\TrustedHosts -value ** will allow you to connect to all remote hosts. / comments

Hi @Russell D, is there any chance of getting RDS monitoring?  We can monitor Azure DB, and I would love to also monitor RDS instances. Thanks.   / comments
