You are closer. With 8.0.10 Visual Studio no longer crashes. But it now gets a error pop-up. When I check the log it looks like the error that is being generated is the following. But I think we should close this thread as answered and I will post the error as a new thread and support ticket since it is a different issue. Agreed? Small update. Support has determined that there is an issue with the installer. They are going to get back to me in the next couple of days with an update on a fix. I will post here when they update. / comments
