Hey Mary, I'd love to talk about our experiences with you, although we're early in our journey. We're also driving DevOps from the ops side (my team is NOT in development), and we have some interesting cultural baggage to deal with (financial services, conservative organization, data masking concerns).
I'm very proud of what we're doing, but I also understand that it's very tailored to our organization, so it may be tough to generalize. Be glad to discuss, however. / comments
