Hi Pete, I know it won't feel nice to have words put into your mouth. However, I can't fail to understand from what you've written that the .NET team has been under-resourced and that .Net Reflector has not been fully maintained until now.
Do you have so few subscribers paying an ONGOING subscription that you've been unable to fund ONGOING development, or at the very least, maintenance?!
I repeat my call for a pro rata refund to all your subscribers for the time that we have been unable to use the product in a manner that would have been reasonable to expect; i.e. with VS 2017, once given sufficient time to have migrated your code base to be compatible. And, seeing that countless other vendors have had little trouble doing just that, by the time VS 2017 was RTM, we should have expected the same or similar for yourselves.
Looking forward to something more tangible than news,
kind regards. / comments

Hi Pete,
As a community of developers who, evidently, spend, at least, some of their time learning and analysing third-party code, we may be well poised to help you with working around the third-party bug that Russell D mentioned earlier.
On the other hand, if third-party bugs are no longer the cause for this delay but internal to yourselves then, I expect you'll agree that, as paying customers, we deserve, at the very least, a full and detailed explanation for the delay in delivering a timely update to the product that we are paying ongoing subscription. Or, of-course, a pro rata refund for the time that we have been unable to use the product in a manner that would have been reasonable to expect; i.e. with VS 2017, once given sufficient time to have migrated your code base to be compatible. And, seeing that countless other vendors have had little trouble doing just that, by the time VS 2017 was RTM, we should have expected the same or similar for yourselves.
Looking forward to your enlightening and timely response,
Kind regards. / comments

@Bluecare I'm afraid the plugin just isn't ready for public consumption yet in any form - we're still working on things that are causing us headaches other than just the Visual Studio Bug. I will keep you updated as much as possible though, and if we get a testable beta out I will definitely ask you to try it out.
Thank you for your response. I very much look forward to joining your Beta testers. / comments

Hi Russell, thank you for your information.
I understand that the VS15 Extension is ready but for the bug in VSIXInstaller.
May I be so presumptuous to ask whether I, and other willing and eager parties, could have early access to the VS15 Extension. Having to complete a few manual / GUI steps would be a small price to pay to have access to our favourite VS Extension (for which we have already paid)? / comments
