Can be (temporarily) resolved by setting MandatoryPath to
C:\Program Files\dotnet\shared\Microsoft.WindowsDesktop.App\6.0.18 instead of
C:\Program Files\dotnet\shared\Microsoft.NETCore.App\6.0.18

That's exactly how we did. Waiting for an urgent issue to be fixed but not getting any plans not even rough when it could be fixed. / comments
