Hey @ogrishman, thanks for the post.
If possible, can you give me some more information on this issue?
Do you have a custom snippets folder?
Where do the snippets not appear? In the snippets manager or just the suggestions box?
Thanks for the help!

Hi Hugo, thanks for your post.
From what I can tell on my end the first issue is fixed on the latest version as well as the issue with the alias qualification.
I could use a bit of clarification to help us understand the second issue, as from what I can tell the produced SQL is valid (if you remove the incorrect p.Class column). If you don't want to remove square brackets on format you can turn it off by going to SQL Prompt > Options > Format > Styles > Add / Remove square brackets.
Hope this helps, and I would recommend upgrading to the latest version if you can!
Thanks,

Hey Hugo,
Is the necessity of those square brackets an option set on your SQL Server instance or something similar? Because I can run that query fine locally against my local database. Forgive me if I'm missing anything obvious!

Strange. What do you mean when you are unable to get any suggestions to work? Are there any errors in the logs?

That's very strange. Can you try downgrading to the latest release and see if that fixes it? / comments

Hi guys, thanks for the information.
I can't seem to reproduce this easily on my end, could you let me know what versions of SQL Prompt you are using and what versions of SQL Server you are trying to connect to? Older versions of SQL Prompt 8 don't have SQL Server 2017 support.
Thanks again!

Hi all,
I'm looking into this now and just want to double check a few things.
Do you have the SQL Prompt > Options > Connections > Load referenced databases option selected?
What type of remote servers are you referencing in your synonyms. Are they linked servers to the current server?
Thanks for the help!

Hi @AndrewJacksonZA ,
Thanks for your post! I think the option you're looking for is under Expressions > Operators > Comparison and arithmetic > Align comparison operators.
I think it would make a lot of sense for a search for "equals" or "=" to highlight this, so we'll try to get that working soon.
Please let us know if that works for you.
