Hi @MRuston, sorry you're having this issue. I can't reproduce this issue here, can you give me some more information about your connection? Are you using multi-factor authentication? Do you have any extra connection properties or Additional Connection Parameters set? Thanks for your help! James / comments

Hey @seanhoward thanks for the post and the log! I could do with a couple more pieces of information to help solve the issue. What version of Prompt are you running, what version of SSMS are you running and what version of SQL Server are you connecting to? Additionally, do you have any 'Additional Connection Parameters' set when connecting to your servers? Thanks for your help! James / comments

After trying some stuff out I've found an error - it looks like the snippets aren't being updated if a custom snippet folder is in use. I'll log it in our system and hopefully we'll have a fix soon. Thanks for your help! James / comments

Hey @ogrishman , I've been looking at this again, and I think that while there's a few small fixes we can make here I don't think they'll help much. Unfortunately when we monitor a shared folder for file changes it can be unreliable, which is probably why you're seeing the issue so much. I'm sorry I can't help more! James / comments
