If you upgrade to later versions of SSMS 18 you shouldn't have any issues. Thanks, Tom Team Prompt / comments

Hi @bobrock678 Unfortunately, SQL Prompt doesn't currently offer a way to turn off the automatic check for new versions. For now, your best bet is likely to click 'Remind Me' and then select 'Skip this version', as this will stop the popup from appearing again until a new version is released. Thanks, Tom Team Prompt / comments

Hi everyone, I'm pleased to say SQL Prompt 9.5.13 has just been released, which allows you to dismiss a notification forever. The next time you see "Slow cache time detected..." just click the 'x' and the product will never show that notification again. You can download that version here. Please get in touch if you have any other issues. Thanks Tom Team Prompt / comments
