Hi Daniel, Bug affecting some users over VPN is open with our development team, due to current prioritisation and capacity it's not currently being worked on. There is also an internal ticket raised for this forum post to help give this weight as well as allowing us to come back to provide you with an update when this is resolved. Many thanks for your patience. / comments

You may get the 'root element is missing' error message if some of the XML files from %localappdata%\Red Gate\SQL Prompt 10 are corrupted. To fix it, please try the following steps: 1. Remove the SQL Prompt 10 folder from %localappdata%\Red Gate\ and save it somewhere else 2. Reinstall SQL Prompt 3. If necessary, copy the custom style files and custom snippets over to the newly created SQL Prompt 10 folder respectively If this doesn't resolve could you provide us with both version of SQL Prompt and SSMS you are using? / comments

Hi Willem,
Believe the best
place to amend this highlight colour is through the Management Studio functionality.
Tools > Options
> Environment > Fonts and Colors
Under Display items
select "Brace Matching (Rectangle)" and change the item background.
I can't find a way to "switch" it off but setting this colour the
same as your general query background should then remove it's
visibility.
Hope this all makes sense, please let us know if not.

Hi Josh There are no immediate plans for supporting SSAS. Currently the team are prioritising working on cross-db monitoring and adding SQL Server on Linux. The following Uservoice suggestion is open for this, votes on these suggestions can help prioritise future features! https://sqlmonitor.uservoice.com/forums/91743-suggestions/suggestions/13797555-monitor-ssas-databases Additional information on upcoming roadmap can be found below. https://www.red-gate.com/products/dba/sql-monitor/roadmap / comments

The error that you are seeing indicates a firewall issue blocking the connectivity from SQL Monitor to the Cluster. The following link has more information on the this https://documentation.red-gate.com/sm/adding-and-managing-monitored-servers/preparing-for-adding-monitored-servers/adding-servers-on-a-different-network-from-your-base-monitor/summary-of-firewall-requirements If the cluster is hosted on cloud, then the following link has details on setting up the inbound rules https://documentation.red-gate.com/sm/adding-and-managing-monitored-servers/preparing-for-adding-monitored-servers/adding-servers-on-a-different-network-from-your-base-monitor/machines-hosted-in-the-cloud If the issue persists, then please perform the following troubleshooting steps from the server hosting the Base Monitor Using an elevated command prompt to open wbemtest , then try connecting via WMI to \\<ClusterName>\root\MSCluster (ensure packet privacy is selected) [image] Then query SELECT Name FROM MSCluster_Node and see if that node shows up? Hi Justin, It looks like a colleague was previously assisting you with this through a ticket that's since been closed through lack of response. A new ticket has been created and I'll message you shortly through our ticketing system as it would be beneficial to gain some additional logs that we don't want to post on public forum. / comments

Hi Justin, Apologies for the delayed response, not sure how this slipped through without response. If you want to stop monitoring these, suspending the instances on this node would probably be the best way to achieve if I've understood your question correctly. https://documentation.red-gate.com/sm/adding-and-managing-monitored-servers/managing-monitored-servers/suspending-a-monitored-server Please let me know if any issues. / comments
