Hi,
SQL Compare doesn't show migrations scripts yet, but does deploy them. If your only change to deploy is a data-only migration then you won't see any differences when you compare the databases, however the "Deployment Wizard" button should still be enabled. Clicking the deployment wizard button will generate your deployment script, which will contain your data-only migration.
Let me know if this isn't working.
Best wishes, / comments

Sorry that it didn't work for you. It would be really useful to get copies of the databases you're comparing so that I can try to reproduce this problem. Could you send snapshots of the two databases to support@red-gate.com, referencing this forum post please? / comments

Hi MylesRip,
Sometimes the SQL Compare project files can end up in an inconsistent state, which can break table mappings. This can often be solved by setting up a new SQL Compare project for your comparison. / comments
