I am running Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 9.00.1399.00 in English (not sure if there is an English (Australian) option, but if there is, that is what it would be!)

I agree - would be GREAT to be able to disable the enter key for completion. seems strange that we get the option to enable other keys but not disable the default! / comments
