I turned it off and can't seem to turn it back on...

For whatever reason I disabled SQL Prompt 3 and now the menu item is greyed out and I can't seem to figure out how to turn it back on... Am I just missing the obvious? Bill

Frequent Errors in SSMS after installing SQL Prompt 3

Since installing sql prompt three I am getting the following error pretty regularly. I haven't found a pattern that will produce the error on a consistenet basis, but as soon as I can reproduce it...
