MDAC 2.8 Issue on install

When I try to install SQL Prompt it says I need MDAC 2.8. That's weird since I have XP2 SP2 which includes MDAC 2.8. Anyway, I tried to install MDAC 2.8 from Microsoft. It says I can't install it...
