SQL SC hangs when checking out files from Git
Just installed SQL Source Control, and linked to 4 databases. I was able to commit changes to 2 databases. Last 2 changes are hanging at step, "Checking out files"

So I have linked 4 databases to 4 directories in a Git repository.
Two of the directories seem to have been populated with database objects from the DB.

getting started - No database selected...
So I installed the SQL Developer Bundle and fired up SSMS, and was presented with an SQL Source Control tab (showing the Setup sub-tab) that says:
Database: No database selected. Seelct a database...
