Qualify Object Names
A) Qualify Object Names seems to have trouble when referencing a table in another database on the same server.
[Database].[dbo].[TableName]
But does still do the normal tables. If you have Temp tab...
Cursor Layout
When you layout CURSORs, I can't find any way to indent the SELECT statement.
