In Configuration, Notification settings... at the very bottom is URL Setting defined? Mine was not and report emails were not being sent. I filled that in and reports emailed just fine. / comments

Good catch. I am on 6.0.7.5660 and it shows the same thing.
Also, If you attempt to look back in time it won't update that timeframe either:
Example:
Baseline time: Wed, 2 Nov 16 - 07:16
Server/Host Metrics from 08:48 to 10:48
SQL Users Processes: 266 3 Nov 2016 08:22 / comments

To get the latest version do we simply go to the RedGate Home page and download the trial now? Then after install input our license/serial number so the product doesn't expire? / comments

Wow, thanks for that information. That is very helpful.
I think we have resolved our db corruption but I will keep that information handy if we need to recreate the db structures.

Fixed. The Support Tech first recommened restarting the base service and once I did that it started capturing data again.
- Start->Run->Services.msc->SQL Monitor Base account->restart

I don't see a path like described. However I see this path:
C:\Program Files\Red Gate\SQL Monitor 3\BaseMonitor
but the file is called this : Response.Engine.Alerting.Base.Service.exe.config
is this the right file? / comments
