Hi,
Which version of SQL Doc are you using? The latest is 3.0.3.9 - if you are not already running this version, can you update it and see if you still have the problem? / comments

Hi Henry,
In the recent 3.0.4 release, we included a 64 bit version of the command line interface. If you're still having problems you can save a project file in the GUI and then call it from the command line like this - sqldoc.exe /project:"C:path oprojectmyproject.sqldoc"

I just had this issue using SSC 3.7. Someone reordered the columns in a table and also edited the trigger in the same commit. No migration script. After that, no one else could get latest.
As a workaround, just having the other developers unlink and relink the database solved the problem.
Unlinking and relinking is usually a good place to start. If that doesn't work for some reason, you can always create a new database locally and do a "get latest" to get back to where you were. / comments
