Working now after rechecking Windows Service accounts and making change for Redgate Backup to have the 'matched account' for both domains.
I have also tried setting regedit values for AllowSQLBrowsing and BrowsingUserList on source server (added both domain accounts to BrowsingUserList) and Redgate Backup GUI still indicates 'folder not found'. / comments

Have one way trust from the source domain to the target domain and target domain does not trust source domain. I was able to create backups on source domain using the target domain account but am now stuck with log shipping not working ('file not found' when creating log shipping jobs in Redgate Backup GUI). When log shipping from one domain to another domain should I create the log shipping job on the source server (instead of the target DR server) and use a local domain account on source server and have the source server to run the Redgate GUI log shipping task or use the remote (target DR) domain account to run the Redgate Backup GUI (on the source server)? I think the source server should be running the Redgate log shipping job using an account on the target server domain that also has folder access (same service level account name and password as on source domain) as there is no trust from the target domain back to the source domain. / comments

Thanks Sean for your reply. I was able to find and follow:
https://forum.red-gate.com/discussion/10801/permission-denied This worked but was surprised that I needed to edit Registry and is not managed in application by now with appropriate permissions. I think the log shipping documentation should provide better direction when another domain is in use and would have thought it common to ship to another domain. / comments

Upgrade to 9.0.8.20849 is creating SQL log error entries - Using 'dbghelp.dll' version '4.0.5'
This did not occur on previous version of SQL Monitor. Web server: Microsoft-IIS/10.0. Error occurs every 15 seconds or so. Do not to fill logs so have now turned off (suspended) SQL Monitor.
Chris,
Thanks again for your timely and detailed response. I have tested this today and intend to use it in production later this month.

Chris,
Thanks for your response... I don't see a big down side (yet) to the gaps in the data if I disable the base monitoring service as suggested... that data has little value to me and I am assuming the graphical display of previous events (last month, etc.) will just show a drop off when monitoring is turned off and would resume the charting of events indicative of when monitoring was turned back on...I presume I can leave the web service alone and just turn off / turn on the base monitoring service via my OS scripts... or if I turn off just the web service (and leave base monitoring on to avoid the data collection gaps) will this stop email alerts from being sent outbound via the email functionality... my primary goal is to not get my Outlook rule based created text messages from the Redgate email alerts that are created when we are doing our monthly maintenance or server restarts and / or server patching...
Thanks again,

Is there a command line interface (or some other mechanism) to SQL Monitor such that I could create a script to suspend and another script to activate maintenance windows? We have scripts that rest...
