Hi @JoJ Did you upgrade to SSMS 18.5 and then install SQL Search 3.5.1.2598 or did you install SQL Search before the SSMS upgrade? If it was before, you'll need to install SQL Search 3.5.1.2598 again now that you've upgraded SSMS. Hi @LukeAB SSMS 18 doesn't support SQL Prompt 6. You will either need to upgrade SQL Prompt or downgrade SSMS; the latest compatible version is SSMS 2014. You can find the SQL Prompt 6 system requirements on this documentation page: https://documentation.red-gate.com/sp6/requirements / comments

Hi @elang66 Do you have SQL Prompt installed? If so, would you be able to update to the latest version? Please navigate to the SQL Prompt drop down menu and then Help > Check for Updates. This should fix the issue but if it persists please can you send over the log files which you'll find here: https://documentation.red-gate.com/sp/troubleshooting/finding-the-sql-prompt-log-files / comments

Hi @AVP_DBA When you upgrade to a new major version your license reverts to trial mode to prompt you to activate your serial key so that the server can check that you're entitled to that version. So, you just need to activate your serial key and you'll move back into licensed mode. / comments
