Hi Chris, I have checked the logs in the location described hwoever the file is empty? Our version of SQL monitor has recently been upgraded to 3.5.0.497, could this have impacted the logs? thanks / comments

Right, the log file has been emailed to support@red-gate.com with "F0057343" in the subject line. The sql server in question is named "sqlfin01" and it is not a virtual machine. / comments
