It looks like this has been requested and tracked for a very long time (SDOC-775). I am updated to the latest version of SQL Doc and it is still not implemented. Is this going to happen? It would be a very useful feature. It doesn't necessarily have to be in SQL Doc. It could be a plug in to SSMS. I am currently using this for free. http://datadictionary.codeplex.com/
