I finally found a fix. I upgraded my video driver and have not had the problem since. Strangly enough this was the only app giving me grief, but that seems to have fixed it. / comments

Glad that it works now though I don't really have an answer as to how an upgrade to the video driver did the trick:)
Thanks,

Unfortunatly this has not stopped the errors.
It's odd that I'm the only one having this problem as I don't have problems with any other .NET app or add-in.
Any other suggestions? I wish I could repeat it in a predictible manner, but I can't - but once it starts erroring I pretty much have to kill the process of SQL Managment Studio. / comments

How about NGEN.exe uninstall "c:\program files\red gate\sql prompt 3\RedGate.SQLPrompt.SSMSUI.dll"
NGEN.exe install "c:\program files\red gate\sql prompt 3\RedGate.SQLPrompt.SSMSUI.dll"
This should uninstall any SQL Prompt native image and regenerate it. This is probably quicker than trying to update the whole cache.
The first msg on the uninstall is that it wasn't installed in the first place. I then did the Install. I'll let you know how it goes.
Thanks for the quick reply. / comments

Did NOT fix the issue (not that I'm even sure what that command does. I did get a Ton of messages all similar to:
Failed to load dependency Microsoft.Data.ConnectionUI.Dialog of assembly Microsoft.Web.Authoring, Version=12.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c because of the following error : The system cannot find the file specified.

Way to many to post here.
I've tried uninstalling rebooting - reinstalling - then rebooting.
It's becoming a real pain because I've gotten to use to SQL Prompt but now I have to turn it off becuse of the constaint errors I get similar to my orginal post.
Any assistiance would be GREATLY appricated.
I have VB6, VS NET 2003, 2005, and 2008 installed. SQL Enterpriser manager and query analyster for 2000, SQL Managment Studio for 2005, MS SQL Express.
SQL Prompt is the only thing giving me grief. / comments
