Application options should have defaulted to selecting the 2008 version of SSMS for you, though. Could you go to the Application Options dialog and check that the 2005 and 2008 SSMS radio buttons are enabled?
Custom Program was checked.
As stated before, when i first selected my script folder and compared it with database and then selected Synchronize Wizard it gave me 2 options
1. Create a Synchronization script
2. Synchronize using SQL Compare.
Open script in : isqlw.exe was default. / comments

No, I create a Snapshot file using SQL Compare and use that snapshot to create a new database using SQL Tool kit.
In any case, if you have any representation of Version 1 and Version 2 that SQL Compare can read, you can now generate a synchronization script for the differences between them that can be run on a live database, yes.
Ok. I did see the change script when trying to Synchronize. I did see an error unable to find isqlw.exe.
Even thought i do have SQL 2005 and SQL 2008 Developer Edition installed. maybe you need to set the path for it.
something like this [image] \Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Tools\Binn\VSShell\Common7\IDE\Ssms.exe

Top priority for me will be Commandline
SQLSnapper -sServer -dDatabase -uUser -pPwd -snp Snapshot path.
or even Config file will be great but i don't want to add user id or password in there.
I can create a utility to call SQLSnapper with command line parameters.

when RedGate released 6.0. I created my own utility [SnapshotCreator] to create snapshot because of the same reason Red Gate created SQLSnapper for.
The only problem i have with this SQLSnapper utility is that when i send this utility to customers I want them to see the utility is created by us and not RedGate.
If its possible to add config file to Show/Hide the Image and of course a commandline interface will be a big help.
for deployment for such small utility i use Inno Setup [freeware installer]
which is almost like a Self extractor. http://www.jrsoftware.org/isdl.php
If someone needs it i can send you the script file for it.

I tried the SQLCompare.exe commandline executable and it asked to ReActivate my copy of SQL Compare Command Line and I did i got a message saying it was successfull. But, after this when i tried to run the command line its asking me again to activate. what am I doing wrong here?

1. I would like to know what are the commandline options to compare.
Pristine database with updated database. I will add this code to batch file which will run on all databases.
2. As Brian suggested, sample code that i can access generated HTML report. Please how i can do that.
