A few more differences that I would like to be able to ignore:
Constraint names
Permissions
It makes the most sense to me to have the same type of capability that SQL Compare has, but I get the feeling that they do not share the same comparison engine or maybe its in an effort to keep the UI simple? / comments

Error trying to apply updates to Trigger from TFS to DB
