So after installing 11.0.17 my Global Overviews is painted with red monitoring errors. It seems that this is a bad release. I recommend that everyone hold off in this update until it's fixed. / comments

Yes, that's it. Thanks for the explanation. Sorry getting the text wrong in my query as I was working from memory and couldn't see the button to give the exact text in the description. And yes my resolution doesn't go that high, so for me it's missing. Can you elaborate what you mean by "this button is hidden at the moment"? To me that seems to imply that perhaps that was an unintentional change that may be fixed in a future update. But it's not clear. / comments

This is more of a question than a complaint. Was the Add New Host button intentionally removed from the Global overviews page, as it seems to be missing with version 11.0.9? I ask because I don't see that mentioned in the release notes. While I have found it convenient to access that feature directly from the Global overviews page, I could certainly live without it if the decision was made to remove it. Just curious. / comments

Me too. Since upgrading from 10.2.8 to 10.2.9 yesterday, I am getting an abundance of Red Monitoring Error boxes on the Global Overview page. When tracing the cause it's due to the same deadlock condition being created by SQL Monitor as described by WScottW above. / comments

I think the issue is related to AD authentication. I tried a brand new install of 10.0.9 and it worked when prompting me for Administrator password. But switching the installation to AD authentication failed. So look at AD authentication. / comments
