No. Not 'backup and restore', as you cannot downgrade a database to a lower version.
What you could do with Redgate tools though is use SQL Compare from the 2014 database to an empty 2012 database - this would generate the script(s) necessary to create the schema; and then SQL Data Compare to fill the tables. / comments

I'd like to be able to make that deadlock visualisation a full screen. I find it useful sometimes to see the whole picture (literally!) / comments

Hmmmm.....
I don't use LastPass, however I have recently changed my password manager, and I may have been running a trial of LastPass (I had so many running in parallel over a period of about 2 weeks I can't recall exactly!). I certainly don't have it now, and I removed the browser extension, and SQL Monitor doesn't have this issue any more either.
Good sleuthing! / comments

Hi @Alex B - I did use the link in Configuration > About, I just wasn't 100% sure what it downloaded was the latest. Looking at the file properties the "file version" and "product version" didn't match up to anything I was expecting - so I left it alone. I presume this is a "full installer" as opposed to an update?
I have no AG to worry about, so 7.1.3 is staying for now - I'll go to 7.1.4 as soon as possible.
Thanks
