Is there a pending item to get this moved to the UI, Manfred?
I have no more votes, but it would be very user-friendly to move ALL the XML file's Engine options to the UI so we don't have to go diving down folders that differ by OS just to manually edit an XML file.
Thanks. / comments

Thanks, Manfred. The ""%LOCALAPPDATA%\Red Gate\SQL Prompt 5\RedGate_SqlPrompt_Engine_EngineOptions.xml" file location doesn't resolve for Windows7. Do you have one for W7, please? / comments

SSMS2012 simply spins its wheels - the Cancel button in the reformat dialog is inoperative. Killing SSMS is the only solution.
I agree with the original poster - SQL Prompt ==> format SQL should NEVER kill SSMS of any vintage. / comments

IMO this isn't helpful of SQL Monitor.
If SQL Monitor looked at the next execution and saw it was successful, simply "End" the Event and I won't have to login to the server, fire up SSMS, expand SQL Agent, fire up the Job Monitor, locate the job... See what I mean - a whole load of manual effort for something SO EASY for SQL Monitor to handle...
Enhancement Request hereby lodged - I CANNOT add it to User Voice as I HAVE NO VOTES LEFT [image] / comments

A Rackspace technician suggested the following, which has completely cleared the issue: "To rule DNS out as a cause of the problem, I would like to edit the host file on this server with the short and FQDN entries for the cluster nodes and devices to see if this either solves the problem or excludes DNS from our troubleshooting."
