Hi,
Sorry I'm not going to be a lot of help, as I have no idea what it's all about and can't yet even run Reflector (as per my post) but...
2 things that seem like they're not obvious right away when looking at it, so I thought I'd mention in case... One is that it may well be just some sort of signature for whatever - like many files have magic at the beginning, and since .NET 4 is still beta and all, something along the line didn't recognize this new sig. Vague and not very useful, I know - sorry.
The other thing is that I believe it's saying "Unknown type signature element" - and the signature element is "107" - not what one might construe the ambiguous "type signature element '107'" to mean, as in "element 107" - not necessarily the periodic table, but something named similar or whatever.
Sorry if these were both already obvious to you, just thought I'd mention in case, as I say - maybe it might help you a tiny bit if you hadn't thought of one or the other... knowing obviously vastly more than I do about all that stuff.
