We'll certainly consider this, but it almost certainly won't make the initial release. We're focusing on fixing bugs and improving performance.
The more people who request a feature, the more likely it is that it will find its way into the tool!
Thanks,

Yes, it lists the servers that are connected in the Object Explorer, although if you've just added one while SQL Search is open you'll need to reopen it to see the changes.

The third column in the search results shows the schema. Apologies if I am misunderstanding something here.

We'll definitely consider changing this if we get similar feedback, so anyone else reading this please voice your opinion!
The tool is still in 'beta' so we don't expect that we've got everything right.
Keep the feedback coming!

Try putting the schema name as a keyword to search.
eg type:
myschema mytable / comments

Yes, we plan to release another beta by the end of the year. It will be a completely free to use and circulate to other SQL Server users. Regard it as a Christmas present from Red Gate!

Good question. We're trying hard to aim for a second beta release this side of Christmas. As soon as we're happy that the quality and usability is sufficient we'll put out the actual release, which will be pushed out via the built-in Check-for-Updates.

Ctrl-Alt-D will refresh the index (as well as invoke the Search panel).
We're aware this isn't obvious, so we'll try to improve this for the actual release version of SQL Search.
Thanks!

Thanks for the request. We've had one other request for this so maybe it's something we'll consider. Would you want this selection to be remembered when you do another search?
