I ran into the same issue after upgrading SSMS to 22.4.1. Uninstalling and reinstalling SQL Prompt didn’t fix it, and the only solution was to open the Visual Studio Installer, click More, and roll back to the previous version. SSMS 22.3.2 works fine with SQL Prompt. / comments
