For anyone reading along and attempting to fix this on their own, if you cannot find Microsoft.SqlServer.ConnectionInfo.dll, try checking the install location of SSMS. Found mine in \Common7\IDE and copied to the SQL Prompt 11 folder and fixed my SSMS 22.3 / comments
