I have a “3) Something else entirely” situation. A SQL script in image modification has apparently been running for days due to an unexpected problem in the code. I tried cancelling the image creation 2 days ago, but it's still running. Today I deleted the image file from the fileshare, which had no effect that I could see. The vhd file can't be deleted because it's “open in the system”. What would be a safe way to resolve this problem? / comments
