Finding your licenses in the customer portal

To find your licenses/serials in the Redgate customer portal you will need a Redgate ID.

If you already have one you can log in to your account here. If you haven't got one yet, you can create one here.

Once you've logged in you will see your supported licenses displayed like this:

 

If you want to view all of your licenses, regardless of their support status, go to 'Licenses' on the left hand side. Clicking on this will show you a view like below: 

 

If there are no licenses displayed, you haven't had any assigned to you. You can contact the license purchaser to request access or raise a support ticket.
