Hi @HenryT Thank you for reaching out. I'm afraid this is not a customizable setting in Redgate Monitor. That is the default format of the subject line for all alert emails. / comments

Hi @BrienKing In your case, I would make sure you're using SQL Prompt v10.14.23 or later and see if that resolves the issue. / comments

Thank you, @Ann_Lewkowicz. I was able to replicate the error. I did not see the Log In button as I was already logged in. Please do the following: Download and install the Redgate Client Service (attached) Verify in Services.msc that the Redgate Client Service is present and running. Open up Visual Studio 2022 Using Chrome/Edge browser, navigate to http://localhost:22221/redgate/status.html You should see SQL Search. Click "Activate here". A new tab should open up Login under your Redgate ID Return to Visual Studio 2022 and you should be licensed / comments

Hi @Seanm99 It's not necessary to remove all things Redgate, just Redgate Client. Then try to reinstall a Redgate tool. / comments

Hi @Seanm99 Can you do a complete uninstall of the Redgate Client Service, then reinstall it? You will likely have to remove the registry files to do this. I would recommend you backup the registry before making any changes. / comments
