Hi @... Thank you for reaching out on the Redgate forums regarding your SQL Prompt formatting concern. Doing some testing of my SQL Prompt style, I was able to get the comparison operators to align as expected. My initial suspicion is perhaps another spacing setting such as the use of tabs/spaces that is throwing this out. I note that V10.14.21 is a bit older than current releases.. It may also be recommended to patch into a newer version to ensure this wasn't a prior bug that has been resolved since. Hi Adam, An update from the development teams as they work through the backlog of bugs & feature requests. This request for extra information to determine the impact of an object dependency has been deprioritised without a committed timeframe for implementation. Should this feature be implemented, it would be included as part of a standard product release. I was testing using the Insert > Get Data > From PDF menu option to import the exported info from SQL Dependency Tracker. This method wasn't the cleanest, as it imported each table as a separate tab. I was able to do some automation using this method but got unwieldy with larger exports. [image] For XML I found I needed to enable the Legacy XML import wizard in Excel (File > Options > Data > From XML Data Import (Legacy) This allowed me to import the XML file and then could do some ETL processes to get workable data in Excel / comments

Hi Adam, yes, I can see that is the case in the XML export. Image & PDF export types all have the de-selected objects excluded. I've re-escalated this concern and anticipate this will be amended in a patch release. Will come back to this post with any updates. / comments

Hi Adam, I've been advised that this bar is a count of the number of other objects using that specific object, taking all levels of dependency into account. A feature request has been logged with the development team to provide more information around this bar; however at this point, there has not been a communicated timeframe to implement this. Any changes to this bar would be included as part of a standard patch release into SQL Dependency Tracker, and we recommend monitoring patch releases within the application or via the patch notes page: https://documentation.red-gate.com/sdt/release-notes-and-other-versions / comments

Hi @BrightM Thank you for reaching out on the Redgate forums regarding your compatibility question. It may be possible using Flyway to implement a solution. If you were storing metadata in your databases that outlined the version and then use Flyway as a version-control for your migrations. You could use the metadata in migration scripts to deploy up to a certain version or use callbacks to enforce compatibility checks at deployment. You would potentially implement a compatibility table in your warehouse. Then use flyway to check this table when running deployment scripts. It would run migration scripts up to the permitted versions. You should be able to check for updates in SSMS through the Tools > Check for Updates... menu option This will check your currently installed and the latest GA versions of whatever SSMS you are using. This will then go to the download page for the latest version which is typically: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/sql/ssms/download-sql-server-management-studio-ssms / comments
