I uninstalled SSMS 17 and installed SSMS 18. No VS on my machine (Windows 10 Pro ver 1809), just SSMS. When I run the install/upgrade for the SQL Toolbelt it shows upgrading SQL Prompt as an option but throws this error: "MSI returned failure code InstallFailure. Microsoft Visual Studio 2015+ or SQL Server Management Studio 2012+ is required" / comments

No community events for me - been traveling to customers almost every week. Wanted to share one story in particular that I think is appropriate. Two weeks ago onsite I was reviewing stored procedures with the DBA looking for performance improvements. She had SQL Prompt installed but didn't know about the code formatting features; I told her to press Ctrl-K, Ctrl-Y and the look on her face was priceless. She exclaimed, "this is SOOOOO cool! I'm going to tell everyone in the office about this!". So, while I haven't done any significant community work this month I've at least been making a difference in RG users' lives one DBA at a time.
