During testing we have discovered if SQL Compare needs to rebuild a memory optimized table when the "Ignore Filegroups" option is disabled the script SQL Compare generates will contain an empty ON clause on a CREATE TABLE statement, used to create a temporary table to house the memory optimised table's data whilst it is rebuilt.
This issue (SC-7359) will be fixed in the next beta of SQL Compare 11, however until then you should not disable the "Ignore Filegroups" option or you will need to either edit your scripts to remove any occurrences of ON [] / comments

The size of the MDF and LDF shouldn't matter. Rather it will either be the number of objects in the database.
Does changing the output type DOC/HTML/PDF change the result?
You are probably best taking this issue up with the support team by emailing support@red-gate.com.

Hi there,
We carried this style forward from SQL Doc v2. However, as you say it is not particularly intuitive. I have raised an enhancement request for you: SDOC-1567. I cannot promise when this will be done, but we will take a look at it for the next release.

Hi there Iain, This is the link you are looking for. We are migrating some of our tools over to a new system so it hooks into our ticketing system. Sorry, that it wasn't very obvious. I'll add a sticky to the forums for this.
However, in answer to your question - yes we are still accepting requests for SQL Dependency Tracker. It should be getting a new release in the near future for SQL Server 2014 support, if you have any other requests for what we should do to the tool now would be a good time to get these in.
