Thank you Sandro - that resolved it for me too. Redgate - please note as Sandro points out, not all of us are running SSMS as a local admin user, the same user who installed. Some of us are required by our company to normally run with non-privileged user, then install things requiring admin with a different privileged user. / comments

Redgate - this is also preventing upgrade from 11.2.0 to 11.2.1 without manually copying files. My company uses temporary admin accounts to install, so each time I am installing or upgrading SQL Prompt, I am using a new admin account and will have to do the file copy again. Users should not have to manually mess around with copying files each time this is upgraded. Please address. [image] / comments

I am working through a support ticket with Redgate now on this issue. It's still not resolved, and it appears to be related to databases that are linked to a TFS (Azure DevOps) source control system. I will update this thread when a solution is found. / comments

Hello Redgate DanC. Is there any update on ETA when Source Control will work with SSMS 21? All the other Toolbelt Essentials products have had SSMS 21 support for quite a while, but strangely, Source Control still does not function with 21. Please advise. Thank you. / comments

I observed the same thing. I'm using SSMS 20 and 21 concurrently, and only my queries from 20 are making it to SQL History. Seems like a bug in this version of SQL Prompt. / comments
