Occasionally you may not be able to activate your product after installation due to browser compatibility issues. If you encounter this you can use the link below to achieve the same result.
Best practice would be to try a browser other than IE since the Redgate licensing client uses it; a different browser may not have the same restrictions.
Open the Tool.
Connect to http://localhost:22221/redgate/status.html
Any Redgate products that have recently been opened on your machine will be displayed.
If 0 live sessions is displayed you can click on it to activate it through your browser.
You will then be able to click on Activate.
Then enter your serial key. The green tick indicates that you have entered a valid serial key.
After clicking activate the final screen will confirm that your products have been activated.
